Are you taking on more than you can handle, feeling overworked, stressed, anxious, grieving, or carrying trauma that is heavy and lonely? Life can be overwhelming and sometimes exhausting. I utilize a mindful, relaxed, and supportive approach to therapy and implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, parenting and relationship issues, school difficulties, and social anxiety. I would love to support and guide you through the obstacles and challenges you may be facing. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
